Harrison Township covers an area of 35.71 square miles (92.5 km²); of this, 0.03 square miles (0.078 km²) or 0.08 percent is water. The streams of Bone Run, Cadiz Run, Clear Spring, Down Run, Hendricks Brook, Jakes Branch, Owner Run and Quaker Run run through this township.
